He developed his industrial expertise from 1973 to 1979 at
FIAT Aircraft Engines in Turin and Industrie Meccaniche ed
Aeronautiche Rinaldo Piaggio (now Aero Piaggio), in Genova
and Finale Ligure.
He has been building his expertise in the Industrial Property
field for more than thirty years; from 1980 to 1987 he
worked as a search and substantive examiner at the
European Patent Office (EPO) in The Hague and Munich.
Since 1988 he has been responsible of the Vicenza office of
a prominent Industrial Property consulting firm, based in
Milan. Since 1997 he has been the chairman of M&A.
Registered attorney before the European Patent Office
(EPO), the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM),
trademarks and patents sections, at the San Marino Patent
and Trademark Office, Trademarks and Patents section,
registered European Trademark and Design attorney before
the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).
Member of the LES (Licensing Executive Society) and AIPPI
(International Association for the Protection of Intellectual
Property)
Member of the expert register of the Court of Vicenza and
Venice.
